Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy: At Auto Gear Depot, we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at Support@autogeardepot.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at Support@autogeardepot.com.
